Amanda Sun, Ink

This is a fantastic book. It's the first book in the paper Gods series. This book is followed by Rain and has a prequel called Shadows. This book is recommended for young adults. I would recommend between the ages of 13 and up only because it contains language they may not be suitable for younger children.

About the book: This book is about a young girl named Katie Greene who after losing her mother. Travels to Japan in order to live with her aunt. At first she doesn't fit in and only has one friend named Yuki. But then she meets the very handsome Tomohiro Yuu. The two fall in love and soon Katie is exposed to a life filled with danger, secret cults, and the Yakuza; a very powerful organization bent on using the Kami or paper Gods to benefit their gang.

About the author:  Amanda Sun is a writer and a blogger. She lived as an high school exchange student in Japan. Her time and experiences there became her bases for writing the story. Amanda is a new author with only three books to her name. Her novels involve paranormal romance for young adults.

Review: I loved this book. I can easily say that this book is one of my absolute favorites. I fell completely in love with the characters and the surprising scenes. I was enthralled with the writing style, Amanda made everything easy to understand. The book was fast paced, exciting, and overall a fantastic read. I encourage everyone to read this book. In fact if you haven't read this book yet. Then you have no ideal what your missing. I gave this book 5 stars. Here's where you can buy it. The review: After reading this book I can say that it was very
entertaining. This book will grab you and won't let you go until the last
page. The books are fairly short being only 228 pages long for the first one, 672 pages for the entire first three novels. Out of 5 stars I gave this book a 4. Here's where you can purchase this book:

Welcome to Bookpalacereviews

Welcome to Book palace reviews. We review and recommend books to people. You can find me on Goodreads and Facebooks. I enjoy reading and writing as I am an aspiring writer. Hoping to be published real soon in the future. But this blog isn't about me, so anyway...hoping you will enjoy reading these reviews. I will try to keep this blog open and continually going.

Whether anyone will read it or not, because I enjoy telling people about books and sharing that experience with people. I'll try to have a link that you can follow after the end of each review so you can buy that book. I typically won't give away to much because you should read the book yourself. But this is a great way for you to get familiar with a book you might not read at all. Like I said hope this blog is helpful and joyful to read.

So that's a bit about me and about this blog. You can go to Youtube for more great book reviews. There are a lot of great, vibrant people who are enthusiastic about reading. So go check out their channels because they are awesome as well. (No, I'm not getting paid to say any of that.) So I'm going to shut up now and post the first review. Happy reading!!!
